This is a spirit tree concept I'm thinking up. These huge gnarled trees store up energy and let it loose only twice a year, at the Summer and Winter Solstice. The people of this planet believe that all the energy of everything that has died between Solstices are stored in these gigantic trees. Then on the longest day and night the energy is released back into the world in an amazing light display, much like that of the northern lights. The stream of energy encircles the planet for 38 hours -the length of the planets day- then fades away. Time: 10 hours Medium: Photoshop Elements 3 Comments
